当我们做一件事的初衷源于本心时，我们会享受做这件事情本身，无论这个过程会导向什么结果我们都能心安理得地接受它。而且往往这个结果会是高我与宇宙给我们带来的意外之喜。在这样的状态下我们也不需要那个虚拟的“结果”去作为行动的动力，因为那个“初衷”已经提供了充足的动力，因此不需要一个结果的反馈去给予我们行动以意义。

当我们只是执着于一个目的而去做一件事时，我们很有可能无法享受做这件事这个过程本身，身心所散发出来的频率都没有匹配到目标事件上，因此很大概率我们离那个目的越来越远，或者内心迷失在自己的追求中，反而很苦闷自己为什么这么“努力”还是达不到目标。因为这样的个体永远在用一个结果反推行动的意义，如果丢失了这个臆想的目标，个体会立马陷入迷茫和悔恨当中。因为从一开始行动的原因就是空洞的。

When we do something from our own heart, we enjoy doing it for what it is, and we can live with it no matter what the process leads to. And often this result is a pleasant surprise from the higher self and the universe. In such a state, we do not need the virtual "result" as the motivation to act, because the "original intention" has already provided sufficient motivation, so we do not need the feedback of the result to give our actions meaning.

When we were obsessed with a purpose to do a thing, it is possible we won't able to enjoy the process itself, and the frequency of our body and mind don't match to the target event, so from a large probability that purpose will become more and more far. Our hearts are lost in our own pursuit, yet be very depressed no matter how "hard" we try, we can't reach the goals. Because such an individual is forever using an outcome to push back the meaning of an start, if this imaginary goal is gone, the individual will immediately falls into confusion and regret. Because the reason for action was hollow from the beginning.
